Heidi Health is being used to accurately and efficiently capture the details andoutcomes of your session. This allows your clinician to focus more on your therapy/treatment and less on writing notes, enhancing the quality of care you receive.
Heidi operates in real-time, transcribing the session to create a detailed session note.
Heidi’s systems comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and are ISO27001 accredited.
Heidi does not store your session recordings or confidential client information- all client information is de-identified and anonymised to ensure additional data security.
Heidi uses up-to-date encryption methods at rest and in transit, firewalls, and backup systems to help keep information private and secure.

All technology carries some risk of failure. Therefore, to ensure data is safe and private Heidi has implemented the following safeguards:

o Data encryption and access controls are used to prevent unauthorised access.Your clinician is the only person with access to the session's generated notes.
Your clinician is responsible for checking the generated notes and ensuring your notes are an
accurate record of your session to be kept on file.
Your clinician is responsible for any clinical decisions and treatment planning, not Heidi.
The transcription and notes generated by Heidi will be deleted immediately after the clinician has completed their session notes and cannot be accessed after deletion.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
