Hello, I’m Simone (She/Her). I manage social media for Phoenix Wings Wellness and work as a support worker and mentor while pursuing my studies full-time as a Creative Arts Therapist. These roles provide me with valuable, hands-on experience working alongside a team of mental health professionals and supporting young people in meaningful, creative ways.

I began my Bachelor of Creative Arts Psychotherapy at Ikon Institute of Australia in 2022, graduating in 2026 and eventually pursue a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Psychotherapy.

Alongside my studies, I have founded Create With Kindness, a community craft club that continues to grow each month. It offers a welcoming space for people to connect, create, and engage in accessible, creative experiences. You can find out more through our programs by clicking on Create With Kindness to see upcoming events.

I have developed a strong interest in working alongside teenagers as they transition into adulthood, particularly those navigating the senior years of high school and the mental health challenges that can arise during this time. Through the use of art-based modalities, I aim to mentor and guide young people in building identity, emotional awareness, and confidence. I am currently developing an 8-week program that has already shown positive outcomes with several clients.

When I’m not working or studying, you can often find me immersed in creative projects in my art room or spending time with my dog, Billie.

Simone is available for support work and mentoring with young people aged 13–18. She has a strong interest in community engagement and life skill development, incorporating creative approaches where possible.
