Here at our lovely and spacious office located just out of the CBD above Plush Furniture on Townsend St, Albury, we have several rooms available for rent by the hour, half day, and full day (Banksia, Waratah, Kakadu Plum, and Zieria), and one office space (Blue Gum - 4m x 4m) is vacant, unfurnished, and ready for its new full time tenant!

Banksia

Banksia is a bright and spacious therapy room, approximately 4 square meters, filled with natural light and afternoon sun. It offers flexible seating arrangements including a desk and chair, two comfortable lounge chairs, and a small round dining table with three chairs, allowing you to adapt the space to your clients' needs.

 

Waratah

Waratah is our most spacious and versatile room, ideal for various activities from play and family therapy to larger group programs and training days for up to 14 people. It is equipped with a 2.5-person couch, an armchair, a six-seater dining table and chairs, and ample shelving and benches. The room can also be cleared to accommodate up to 10 yoga mats for yoga, breathwork sessions, and improvisation workshops.

Zieria

Kakadu Plum

The Kakadu Plum room is primarily used for small groups, comfortably seating 8 around its central large table. It also serves as a convenient breakout space for larger gatherings in the Waratah room. Featuring a beautiful mural of the weir and equipped with sink facilities, it's a versatile workspace suitable for training sessions, seminars, small therapy groups, and social connection programs.

Step into Zieria, a cosy and comfortable therapy room designed with both you and your client’s well-being in mind. This intimate, sensory-friendly space features a serene wall of vine-covered lights and a soft lamp, creating a calming ambiance. Equipped with a pair of comfy chairs, a plush rug, and a versatile desk, Zieria offers a peaceful environment for your business’ therapeutic journey.

Blue Gum

Blue Gum is a spacious and airy 4m x 4m room, with lovely natural light. Currently unfurnished and ready for immediate occupancy, we invite you to book a time to see this space, and envisage how to make it your own!
