Women’s Sexual Wellness Bus Trip
Women's Sexual Wellness Education Bus Trip
Confidence, Connection & Sexual Wellness — Albury to Canberra, Saturday 19 September 2026
A day away, just for you
Join us for a full-day bus trip to Canberra, designed just for women who want more confidence, connection and understanding around intimacy, relationships and sexual wellbeing.
Women so often miss out on real, comprehensive education about their own bodies and pleasure. Shame and stigma get in the way of conversations that should be normal, and sexual wellbeing gets left out of the wider wellness picture entirely. This trip is our way of pushing back on that. It's a safe, judgement-free space to learn, laugh, ask the questions you've never had anywhere to ask, and connect with other women who get it.
Whether you're coming with friends or flying solo, this is a day to build knowledge, confidence and connection, and to leave feeling a little lighter about a part of life that deserves far less silence than it usually gets.
What the day looks like
The bus ride itself is part of the experience, not just the travel between it. Along the way there's guided conversation and interactive activities covering the things that don't get talked about enough: stigma and shame, healthy relationships, consent and communication, and the changes that come with different life stages, including perimenopause and menopause.
In Canberra, we'll visit adult intimacy wellness stores for guided, educational tours. These aren't sales pitches. They're relaxed, respectful visits focused on understanding body-safe products, ingredients, and what's actually out there, with time for questions (anonymous if you'd prefer) and no pressure to buy anything.
There's a proper lunch break to refuel, and the trip home winds down with reflection and space to process the day, before you're back in Albury that evening.
Who this is for
This trip is for any woman who wants to know more about her own body, relationships and pleasure, in a space built around comfort rather than embarrassment.
A few things worth knowing before you book:
You never have to share anything personal. Group discussions are there if you want them, not a requirement.
You don't have to buy anything at any of the stores. The visits are educational, not shopping trips.
You can bring a support person if that helps you feel more comfortable.
This is a respectful, inclusive, women-centred space. Fun, warm and honest, without ever being crude.

Together, Mel and Barb have put this day together because they believe women deserve real information, real conversation and real support when it comes to their sexual health and wellbeing, without the shame that so often gets attached to it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to talk about anything personal? No. You're welcome to join in group discussions as much or as little as you like. There's no pressure to share.
Do I have to buy anything at the stores? Not at all. The store visits are educational and guided, with no obligation to purchase anything.
Can I bring a friend? Absolutely, this trip is even better with company. You're also welcome to book solo and meet other women on the day.
I'm nervous about the adult store visits. Is that normal? Completely. Many women feel a mix of curiosity and nerves, and that's exactly why these visits are guided and low-pressure, with space to ask questions anonymously if you'd rather not ask out loud.
What should I bring? Comfortable clothes, your own snacks or drinks for the bus, and an open mind. More detail will be sent closer to the date.
