Meet Renee (she/her), a dedicated and compassionate therapist who is deeply committed to supporting individuals living with mental illness and capacity building with all communities of people. Renee is not only passionate about her work but also a strong advocate for dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health. Her practice is guided by the firm belief that "What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor; and more unashamed conversation.”

Renee's journey in this field began in 2015 when she earned her Bachelor of Social Work. Since then, she has continuously expanded her knowledge and skills, completing a Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Lifestory Work, a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid, and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, among other qualifications. This ongoing dedication to professional development ensures that Renee can provide the most effective and up-to-date support to her clients.

Beyond her professional qualifications, Renee actively participates in community-based events such as Mental Health Awareness Week, R U OK? Day, International Women's Day, and Do It for Dolly, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to raising awareness for mental health and well-being in the broader community.

In her personal time, Renee finds solace and inspiration in nature, often exploring local parks, walking trails, and waterways. She also enjoys the culinary adventure of experiencing different cultures through food. Renee is available for appointments on Fridays in Albury and is eager to connect with and support new clients on their journey towards mental wellness.
