My mentorship Journey

I have always been curious about people; their achievements, their values, their inspiration, especially those who I admire. As a result, I always had mentors, mostly informal. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can be vulnerable, be challenged, and grow professionally in a truly remarkable way. My experiences beginning as a 'baby counsellor' over 10 years ago taught me the profound value of a strong clinical supervisor

Since then, I have had many remarkable supervisors and formal mentors who have all shaped my approach. In 2020, I stepped into a leadership role. I continued with my own support however now was able to support and create accommodations for our team. Watching someone reflect and grow in their professional journey is one of my passions and I feel so honoured to be able to walk with people through this.
