“In my spare time I love to catch up with friends and family, as well as spending time alone at home or in nature. I love beautiful skies and cool rainy days. In fact, seeking beauty and wonder in the ordinary things of life gives me a lot of joy; as does cooking a satisfying meal, listening to, or reading a good book, and occasionally finding the time to binge watch some TV.

I work with clients using an integrated blend of psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, solution focused, neuroscience and other therapies to adapt to my client’s individual needs. I can provide both short term counselling and long-term therapy.”
