Phoenix Fresh - Therapy program for boys aged 10-16

For boys who are neurodivergent and struggle with big feelings. This group uses psychoeducation, mindfulness, creativity, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and connection to help you feel less alone and more awesome! We'll work on recognising, regulating, and accepting emotions in a sensory safe space, so you can become an emotional ninja! 

For boys aged 10-16 years

Investment: $270 for six sessions.

Includes some snacks and awesome handouts.

Concession rate may be available for those who are not funded by organisations.

Both NDIS and non-NDIS participants welcome, Afterpay available

Thursdays 4-5pm for 6 weeks with John and Jules! Starts 14th August.
