Therapeutic Art Connection Workshop
This workshop is for professionals working with children and young people, and runs for 180 minutes. Therapeutic Art Connection is an experiential learning experience, and involves using art therapy techniques to build connection and resilience in children and young people, and to build an art therapy tool box for regulation and calming strategies. By building these skills in professionals to support their work with children and young people, we are investing in their future communication skills, regulation skills, and in their ability to “bounce back” from difficulties.
Participants will attend the 180-minute Therapeutic Art Connection workshop which will involve the following:
Discussion as to the meaning of connection and resilience
