Transform and Belong
Individual Support
Support at work, on your terms
If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14, or call 000 in an emergency.
Work can be exhausting when the systems around you weren't built with you in mind. Masking, misunderstanding, a workplace that doesn't quite know what to do with you, it adds up. You shouldn't have to navigate that alone.
Transform and Belong offers one-on-one advocacy and support for people who are neurodivergent, disabled, or otherwise finding their workplace harder than it should be. We work with you, not around you, to figure out what would actually help, and we understand rural and regional life, because we live it too.
What support looks like
A conversation to understand your situation, in your own words, at your own pace
Support to advocate for yourself, or advocacy on your behalf with your employer or manager, whichever feels right for you
Practical resources built around you: communication plans, wellbeing plans, and anything else that helps
Ongoing check-ins, not a one-off fix
You decide how much or how little we're involved. Some people want us speaking to their employer directly; others just want the tools and confidence to do it themselves. Both are valid, and we'll ask what you need rather than assume.
How it works
Fill out the form below, this is our intake questionnaire, so we understand your situation before we meet
We'll make contact to book in a time
We'll meet for an hour to talk through what you've shared and what might help
We'll agree on a plan together, at whatever pace works for you
