Transform and Belong:
Neurodiversity Professional Development
Every workplace already has neurodivergent people in it. The question is whether your systems, your onboarding, your meetings, your feedback, are built to include them or to quietly wear them down.
Transform and Belong is a professional development program for businesses and organisations who want to move past awareness and into practical, lasting change. We work with you to build a culture where difference isn't managed around, it's genuinely included, and it's built specifically around regional and rural workplaces, not adapted from a city model.
What your team will walk away with
A clear understanding of neurodiversity, its history, and how it shows up at work, covering Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), all of which sit under the broader neurodiversity umbrella
Practical strategies for day-to-day support: clear instructions, role clarity, and executive function assists like explicit meeting agendas and advance notice of change
Practical guidance on onboarding and managing neurodiversity day to day, from reframing interview questions to building working relationships from day one that make it safe to ask for what's needed
An understanding of psychological safety, and why collaboration works better than correction
Space for honest reflection on bias, stigma and masking, including your own
A working plan for how your team will put this into practice, not just a workshop that ends when the day does
Half day or full day, built around your team
Delivered by two facilitators, and tailored to managers, employees, or both. A half day gives your team a strong foundation; a full day goes further into strategy and planning.
