Neurodivergent Women Connect

An invitation to our circle for neurodivergent women, both formally diagnosed and self-diagnosed being equally valid. Facilitated by Renee Simmons, psychotherapist, this is a safe place to meet and connect with other neurodivergent women.

Being a neurodivergent woman can be challenging, especially when diagnosed later in life.

This is a space created for neurodivergent women to meet, connect, and simply be understood. Whether you hold a formal diagnosis or know yourself to be neurodivergent without one, you are equally welcome here.

Facilitated by Renee Simmons (Psychotherapist) and Simone McLees (Art Therapy Student), Neurodivergent Women Connect brings together women 18 and over in a warm, relaxed, and affirming environment. This group is a place to exhale, learn a little, make something with your hands, and find your people.

What to expect

Each 90-minute session explores a topic related to neurodivergence alongside a hands-on craft activity that brings that theme to life. You don't need to be creative or crafty.

Sessions run monthly and are open to drop in, no ongoing commitment required.

Cost: $5 per session (cash or card welcome)
Bring your own snacks. Tea and coffee provided.
